I was interested in this hotel and dpoke to the reception over the phone. I was put onto a couple of staff, and finally theu say "email us for booking." On the web, there was 15% offer, but the reception didn't even know. Unprofessional. I will not even consider to stay in Kandy, but some other hotels.
