Overall this is a good hotel, but two things are important:
First, make sure not to get a room below the restaurant, or you might not be able to sleep.
(They very noisily move furniture around in the middle of the night, if they have for example a wedding the next day)
Second, on foot it is very far to the city center, it is 10 to 20 minutes by car
