!! has four comfortable rooms: two doubles, one triple and the master bedroom that can accommodate up to five. Apart from one double room all other rooms are located upstairs.
The entire up stair floor is made out of hardwood. Master bedroom and the double room down stairs have ensuite bathrooms while the other two rooms are required to use two other bathrooms. All bathrooms are equipped with hot water shower and wash basin and w/c while two bathrooms have bath tubs as well.
Master bedroom has a fire place and adds to the ambiance though no longer lit owing to safety reasons. The rooms are furnished with comfortable beds and dressers. House keeping facilities are provided.

!! has cozily furnished living room, where the fire place is lit each evening is ideal for evening cocktails. The LCD TV with satellite connection and DVD player are housed in the Varenda.
Meals are served at the dining room (equipped with microwave oven / sandwich toaster etc) where both western dishes and Sri Lankan rice and curry are served. Discuss your choice of menu with the in house chef Godwin, who will prepare tasty meals using groceries provided by you or purchased from daily local market. The caretaker Karu will be pleased to accompany you on a visit to the local market which is filled with fresh up-country fruits and vegetables. BBQ nights in the lawn are very popular amongst guests.
Under the shade of fragrant pine trees, whose feathery leaves are popular sanctuary for the visiting birds, it is an excellent place for children's ball games, relaxing with a book and sipping afternoon tea.
