!! has three large bed rooms and can easily accomodate up to fifteen guests. Each room has setup with large double sized bed plus an extra single occupent bed which can be used if required.

Ground floor of the house has the sitting area, kitchen, dining room and the viewing room with a pool table . Pool room has a nice view of the aberdeen mountains and is the perfect place to play relaxing game with friends.

Uniquely elevated terrace , undisturbed scenic views, relaxing natural breeze, green grass gardens on the hill facing Colombo- Hatton high way, spacious sitting areas with cozy furnishing, theme bed rooms, luscious food prepared to your own menu, tranquil reading and enthusiasm of Pool Table rounds are some of the charming memories that you would loved to experience again.

Ample space in the garden allows the residents to have number of outdoor activities including moonlight BBQs.
