Having a capacity to accommodate up to eight guests, !! is rented in whole to a single party at a time ensuring complete privacy. The Beach Villa consists of the main house and a chalet of four spacious bedrooms.

!! sit on the hillock overlooking gardens, swimming pool and the beach at a distance of 100 meters. Beach Villa features ochre-colored walls, ceilings erected with timber, cement floors that bring about a cooling feel to the feet in the tropical climate and large open spaces that draw in the breeze from the ocean.

The main house features one bedroom; living area with plush sofas, TV and DVD player; dining area furnished with10-seater dining table while the chalet features three bedrooms. Bedding: 3 double beds; 2 single beds; 2 camp beds All rooms are fitted with ceiling fans. The en-suite bathrooms feature hot water showers.

Rooms are featured with large windows and beds with mosquito nets. Guests can sit at the private balcony or terrace and enjoy the beautiful sea view. Room amenities include a TV, mini fridge and tea/coffee making facilities.
Open for breakfast and dinner, the restaurant serves Sri Lankan and European specialities. Lunch is available at the pizzeria, which uses a traditional Italian stone oven. At the beach bar, cocktails can be enjoyed along with the sea breeze. This Beach Villa is offering an appealing mid-market accommodation to independent travelers, families and some package travelers.
