1905. Active; focal plane 13 m (43 ft); red flash every 3 s. 12 m (36 ft) round stone tower with lantern and gallery, painted white. A small photo is available in which this lighthouse appears near the right edge. Located at the south end of the detached breakwater protecting Colombo Harbour, marking the north side of the western entrance; Google has a satellite view. Accessible only by boat. Site and tower closed.
